ABOUT aGDB

Alaska Groundfish Data Bank (AGDB) has represented Gulf of Alaska shoreside trawl catcher vessels and processors since 1986. Throughout this time, AGDB has supported its diverse members in federal and state fisheries, ensuring sustainable fisheries and healthy coastal communities. Julie Bonney, Executive Director and owner of AGDB will be retiring at the end of this year and AGDB will be closing it’s doors effective December 31, 2025.

As AGDB transitions out of the business, we are assisting with the transition for the CGOA Rockfish Program (RP) Shoreside Intercooperative/Cooperatives and the GOA Trawl Electronic Monitoring (TEM) Incentive Plan Agreement (IPA).

The CGOA Rockfish Program Shoreside Cooperatives are seeking an Intercooperative Manager and the GOA Trawl Electronic Monitoring (TEM) Association is seeking a GOA TEM Incentive Plan Agreement (IPA) Manager.

Requests for Proposals for each were released on August 27, 2025 and due no later than October 1, 2025. More information can be found HERE.
